Refund Policy
14-day returns
Email info@hillcountrybriar.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. Items must be unused, unopened where sealed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with any tags attached. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item; supplier return addresses vary.
Return shipping and refunds
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage; original shipping charges are non-refundable. Use a tracked service and return items promptly after receiving instructions. Once the return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval by email and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@hillcountrybriar.com as soon as possible, preferably within 5 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping for our error or a defective item. Opened or used personal-care items cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
