Where we ship
Radiance Ritual offers free standard shipping to eligible destinations within the United States. Supplier shipping costs are included in product prices. International shipping is not currently available. Product availability and delivery eligibility depend on the supplier and destination. Fulfillment and delivery
Products ship directly from suppliers, and an order may arrive in separate packages. Product pages list supplier processing and transit estimates separately. Fragrances can take longer, and the BYMANYC cleanser requires more than one week of processing before transit begins. Estimates are not guarantees; weekends, holidays, supplier stock, and carrier delays may affect arrival. If you need an item by a specific date, email info@hillcountrybriar.com before ordering. Tracking is provided when available.
Delivery questions
Check your delivery address carefully before paying. For address corrections, delayed tracking, a missing parcel, or damage on arrival, email info@hillcountrybriar.com with your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. We will work with the supplier and carrier to investigate delivery problems.
